Job summary

Mozilla is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our global advertising sales team, focusing on Firefox and privacy-conscious brands. You will build direct client and agency relationships across the UK and EU, selling Mozilla's advertising products and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of digital media sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a strong network of agencies and brands across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience in digital media.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Multilingual is preferred.
• Experience selling across Europe.
• Strong network with major agencies and brands.
• Knowledge of Display, Search, Retargeting ad products.
• Proficient with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct to client and agency relationships across UK & EU countries.
• Sell Mozilla's advertising products including Display, Search and Native placements.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue and logo targets.
• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline via prospecting and events.
• Track, analyze and communicate campaign performance.
• Keep up-to-date records of sales activity in CRM.
• Present client feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Represent Mozilla values regarding trust and privacy.
