Job summary

Mozilla is seeking an Account Executive to join our global advertising sales team, focusing on Firefox. Build direct client and agency relationships across the UK and EU, sell Mozilla's advertising products, and drive revenue and logo targets.

You will manage a strong pipeline, present solutions, and collaborate with product and marketing to shape new offerings while upholding Mozilla values around privacy and user trust.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related sales experience in digital media.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Multilingual is preferred.
• Experience selling across Europe to Fortune 500 brands and agencies.
• Strong rolodex of major agencies and brands.
• Detailed knowledge of online media planning terms and processes.
• Deep understanding of Display, Search, Retargeting, and similar performance media ad products.
• Understanding of cross‑platform sales (desktop, mobile, in‑app).
• Demonstrated record of success in a dynamic, goal‑oriented sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct to client and agency relationships across UK & EU countries.
• Sell Mozilla's advertising products (Suggested Shortcuts, Search and Display/Native).
• Meet and exceed sales goals (revenue and logo targets).
• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline via prospecting and events.
• Track, analyze and communicate performance of advertiser campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM tools.
• Represent Mozilla values with prospects and clients regarding consumer choice, trust and privacy.
