Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with Defined Benefit pensions experience.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering within timeframes.
• Strong communication, report writing and client advisory skills.
• Ability to coach junior team members and support career development.
• Interest in AI, innovation and data-driven advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of pensions actuarial engagements.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser.
• Review technical work and coach junior team members.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought leadership.
• Support the growth and development of the Actuarial & Risk Modelling practice.
