Lidl GB is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisitions Consultant to drive the expansion of our North London portfolio. You will manage the full asset lifecycle from site identification to completion, leading negotiations with landlords, authorities, and developers.
You will base out of the regional property office, owning development and planning processes with strong communication and multitasking to meet tight deadlines. This role requires travel and a driving licence.

You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from initial site identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land/sites, you will form an integral part of a professional team leading sites through the planning process obtaining satisfactory consents, supporting the construction phase and ongoing asset management. You will be developing relationships with key third parties along the way such as landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers to name a few.

You will be based out of our regional property office at New Battersea Power Station office, you can expect and look forward to ownership of the full development and planning processes from concept to completion, which means exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial, as is the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines!

You will be expected to be in the office or in your patch a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week.
