Job summary

Four Squared is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior for the Business Services team in Worcestershire, offering a hybrid, full-time role with study support. The ideal candidate will own client work and deliver high-quality year-end accounts, financial statements and tax computations, while guiding Associates.

You will manage a portfolio, ensure deadlines are met, and collaborate with the team to maintain SLAs and accurate reporting. Xero experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or QBE with experience in client work.
• Proven ability to deliver year-end accounts, financial statements and tax computations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and processing of financial information for a client portfolio.
• Prepare year-end accounts, statutory financial statements and tax computations.
• Prepare or review monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Review VAT, CIS and MTD returns and support with client training on Xero.
