Job summary

Four Squared is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our Business Services team in Worcester or Droitwich. You will own client work and deliver high-quality year-end accounts, financial statements and tax computations.

The role offers full-time hybrid working and study support to help you progress toward ACA/ACCA qualifications or equivalent experience, with review of Associates’ work and opportunities to lead on client engagements.

• Part-Qualified ACA / ACCA or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
• Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the Client Manager.
• Proactively ensure all work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines.
• Preparation of: Year-end statutory accounts, Financial statements and tax computations.
• Preparation or review of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Review and submission of VAT, CIS and MTD returns.
• Provide client support, including training and support with Xero.
• Raise bills for your own client portfolio.
• Work closely with other members of the Business Services team.
• Optional line management responsibilities for Associates.
• Attendance at college where applicable if studying towards qualifications.
