What you'll be doing:

• Supervising and collaborating with the accounts payable team
• Processing supplier invoices through Continia and Business Central software
• Preparing weekly payment runs across multiple currencies and banks
• Handling invoice and payment queries across departments
• Engaging with suppliers and reconciling accounts
• Supporting ongoing integration and modernization projects
• Providing insights into aged creditors
• Collaborating effectively with the finance team and wider business

The Must Haves:

• 2-3 years experience in accounts payable
• Experience supervising team members
• Proactive working approach and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on-site up to 3 days a week
• Retail/multisite experience preferred
• Experience with Business Central and SAP preferred
