Performance Marketing Manager, London, 41k - 12-month FTC

The Company

My client is a large media group, reaching millions of consumers within the UK weekly.

The Job

As the Performance Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading acquisition strategies as the marketing team's subject matter expert
• Planning and executing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and more
• Overseeing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns
• Analyzing and optimizing performance using analytics tools; collaborating on ASO to increase visibility and installs
• Working closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align on goals and user insights
• Building strong relationships with agencies and partners

You

• Have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in entertainment or media
• Are a self-starter with strong autonomy and leadership in digital marketing
• Are an expert in performance marketing across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and app stores
• Possess strong creative instincts with a keen eye for detail and a record of impactful campaigns
• Are skilled in Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, Ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and MMPs like AppsFlyer
• Are a strong project manager, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Are a strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for data-driven insights and impactful campaigns
