Your new company

Hays are pleased to be working with this established manufacturing/retail business that is based in Bilston.


Your new role

The small team require a Senior Accounts Assistant to join on a permanent basis.


Duties include:

  • Full end to end ownership of the Sales Ledger
  • Producing/sending Remittance Advice
  • Account/Bank reconciliation
  • Rebates
  • Payroll journals
  • General administration
  • Invoicing
  • Query resolution

What you'll need to succeed

For this role you will be either fully AAT equal or part equal CIMA/ACCA. This is not essential and the company would be willing to look at anyone who is qualified by experience also. You will have good communication skills and be able to work within a small accounts team, helping out to ensure the smooth running of finance. Knowledge of SAGE, Xero and Ms Excel is necessary. You will have ideally worked in a similar position already.
