• ACA/ACCA part-qualified with practice experience.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of mixed clients.
• Strong accounts preparation and tax knowledge with a client-focused approach.
• Confident managing workloads and supporting development of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of varied clients.
• Preparing and reviewing complex statutory accounts and management accounts.
• Preparing personal tax returns, partnership accounts and tax returns.
• Reviewing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
• Attending client meetings and building relationships with business owners and directors.
• Supporting and training junior team members, including allocating workloads.
