SI Recruitment Limited seeks a Senior Client Manager for an established accountancy practice near Keighley. You will be an ACA/ACCA-qualified accountant with 15+ years of UK practice experience, managing client relationships and supervising staff.

You will oversee a varied portfolio, review accounts and tax returns, and lead a team of at least four, with office-based hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in Cross Hills.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 15 years' recent UK accountancy practice experience.
• Strong experience in accounts preparation and review.
• Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Strong management accounts experience.
• Excellent knowledge of accounts preparation for sole traders, ltd companies, partnerships and LLPs.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, independent worker with initiative.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software (CCH/Sage/Xero) and MS Excel/Word.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients as senior point of contact for accounting and tax matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients including business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Supervise and support a team of at least four accountants.
• Review colleagues' work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review accounts from incomplete or computerised records.
• Prepare company and personal tax returns.
• Prepare and review management accounts for a varied portfolio.
• Liaise with clients on accounting, tax and general practice matters.
• Attend client meetings and visits as required.
• Manage workloads and deadlines; support wider practice with ad-hoc projects.
• Identify issues and provide practical solutions.
