Job summary

Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited is assisting a North London accountancy practice in hiring an Accounts Manager / Client Manager. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, oversee statutory accounts and corporation tax, and mentor junior staff.

This role offers £70,000-£75,000, hybrid working, and a clear route to senior leadership with direct exposure to Partners.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with UK practice experience.
• Experience managing owner-managed client portfolios.
• Strong statutory accounts and corporation tax knowledge.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
• Be the primary client contact and provide commercial advice.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with Partners to drive growth and client retention.
