A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full-time Senior Accountant / Senior Property Accountant position.

Client Details

Description

The duties include:

1. Deal with all correspondence daily, including payments, Solicitors' cheques, and emails.
2. Check unallocated payments weekly and post to relevant accounts.
3. Input new completion statements for residential properties, update system with changes, and liaise with Solicitors.
4. Produce and send Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices on scheduled days.
5. Handle calls related to invoices and statements.
6. Prepare annual Service Charge Budgets, discuss with Property Managers, and update charges accordingly.
7. Reconcile Service Charges annually for audit purposes.
8. Post insurance claim payments to the system upon settlement.

Profile

The Successful Candidate MUST

• Have experience in a similar role (Essential).
• Experience in the property sector (Desirable).
• Be highly organized with excellent communication skills (Essential).
• Experience with budget and variance analysis (Desirable).
• Comfortable using MS Excel (Essential).

Job Offer

This role offers up to £50,000 + Parking + Pension.
