About Our Client

Job Description

The duties include:

  • Handle all correspondence daily, including payments, Solicitors' cheques, and emails.
  • Check unallocated payments weekly and post to relevant accounts.
  • Input new completion statements for residential properties upon receipt from Solicitors, along with Notices of Transfers and Mortgages. Update system with any changes for residential clients. Liaise with Solicitors as needed.
  • Produce Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices on annual and quarterly basis and dispatch.
  • Respond to calls regarding invoices and statements.
  • Prepare Service Charge Budgets each January, discuss with Property Managers, finalize, and update charges. Adjust parking and Licence fees annually in line with RPI.
  • Reconcile Service Charges annually to facilitate audits and reporting.
  • Post insurance claim payments to the system after settlement.

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience in a similar role - Essential
  • Have property sector experience - Desirable
  • Be highly organized with excellent communication skills - Essential
  • Experience with budget and variance analysis - Desirable
