Job summary

Think Accountancy & Finance is seeking a Client Manager / Senior Accountant for a Newcastle-under-Lyme practice. You will own a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and provide proactive, high-quality service in a hybrid, flexible working setup.

This role goes beyond accounts production; you will build relationships with clients, understand their businesses and become a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice and comfortable across accounts, tax and general practice work.
• ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
• You enjoy working with clients, communicate confidently and want to continue developing.

Are you an experienced practice accountant who enjoys having ownership of your clients, building genuine relationships and being trusted to deliver a great service?

I'm working with an established and growing accountancy practice in Newcastle-under-Lyme that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Client Manager / Senior Accountant.

This could be a great opportunity for someone already managing a portfolio, or an experienced Senior Accountant who feels ready to take that next step.

You'll take ownership of an existing portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, becoming a key point of contact and providing a proactive, high-quality service.

This isn't simply an accounts production role. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your clients, understand their businesses and become someone they genuinely rely on.

Who I'm looking for
