Addington Ball is seeking a Practice Accountant / Client Manager on the northern side of Leeds. You will manage a varied portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, provide proactive accounts and tax advice, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Role Overview

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio within an accountancy practice.
• Confident communicating with clients and building lasting relationships.
• Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service.
• Audit exposure would be beneficial but is not essential.
