Job summary

Aerospike is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager based in London to own the regional EMEA field strategy and programs that drive pipeline and revenue. You will run in-person and virtual events, design ABM plays with Demand Gen and Sales, and work with partners to extend reach across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software, with a track record of delivering measurable pipeline in the EMEA region.
• Strategic and hands-on mindset; ability to build regional plans and also run events independently.
• Account-based thinking with collaboration to prioritize where marketing effort will matter most.
• Financial discipline to manage budgets, build business cases, and prune programs that underperform.
• Familiar with AI tools to research accounts, draft content, analyze results, and accelerate workflow.
• Credible with technical audiences and able to engage engineers, architects, and technology executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional field strategy and execute a yearly and quarterly plan aligned to global campaigns and regional priorities.
• Plan and deliver high-impact in-person and virtual events across multiple regions, managing end-to-end lifecycle and post-event reporting.
• Design ABM plays with Demand Generation and Sales for priority accounts and orchestrate integrated campaigns across channels.
• Ensure timely follow-up on event leads with clear handoffs, SLAs, and accurate attribution in Salesforce.
• Govern the EMEA field budget with proposals, success criteria, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with partners to co-market and co-host programs; localize messaging for regional markets and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Share market intelligence and insights with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
• Travel frequently across EMEA; base in London; fluency in English required; other European languages are a plus.
