Senior Account Manager - Instore Graphics and POS

Location: Hertfordshire / North London (Hybrid) • Salary: Up to £47,000 package

A global provider of dynamic multi-channel marketing services (in-store, outdoor and online) is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its team and report to the Group Account Director. This is a business-critical client-facing role.

The successful candidate will be customer focused with a proven track record of growing accounts through upselling. They should ideally have a background in growing clients within retail or fashion, be able to deliver against KPIs, have a dynamic approach, understand retail POS and Creative Print, and be a confident and clear presenter with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and take full ownership of client projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring successful execution of key campaigns within timeline and budget.
  • Attend client briefing meetings as required.
  • Proactively offer advice and support.
  • Create critical paths based on client and retailer deadlines, ensuring production teams are aware of projects and timelines.
  • Ensure commercial governance on all projects and provide client POs in a timely manner.
  • Provide the Group Account Director with suggestions to add value to processes and systems, driving more effective ways of working and seeking cost savings.
  • Spend time in stores reviewing marketing campaigns and suggesting ideas to improve the offering.
  • Maintain WIP up-to-date at all times, including commercial data used for forecasting.
  • Keep all client information accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Group Account Director to create reporting or forecasting for clients and the business as required.
Qualifications and skills
  • Excellent prior experience in client relations and/or sales within the POS sector.
  • Experience in adjacent areas such as print, packaging, or creative sectors may be considered.
