air-recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in Maidenhead. The role combines client relationship leadership with a strong commercial focus within experiential campaigns and smart mass sampling.

You will own existing relationships, grow accounts, develop proposals, support pitches, and work with internal teams to meet client objectives, KPIs and commercial targets. This is a hybrid role with a salary up to £45,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of experiential and sampling clients
• Building strong, long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships
• Developing proposals, quotations, presentations and creative briefs
• Supporting pitches and presenting confidently to clients
• Managing budgets, rate cards, margins, POs and financial processes
• Working closely with Creative, Marketing and Campaign Management teams
• Monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to grow client spend
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Consistently working towards sales, growth and commercial targets

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join an award-winning experiential and brand experience agency on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an agency-side experiential professional who combines excellent client relationship skills with a strong commercial mindset. You'll join a collaborative Client Development team, working with leading brands across experiential campaigns and smart mass sampling.

As Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of existing client relationships, developing and growing accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing account value. You'll develop proposals, support pitches and work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives, KPIs and commercial targets.
