Job summary

The Fresh Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join a busy client account team in Manchester. You’ll move from task-based work to trusted client partnership, driving excellence in experiential delivery and deepening client relationships.

You will own mid–large scale experiential programmes, manage logistics and budgets, and mentor junior team members while maintaining strong internal and external collaboration across the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years agency experience on multiple experiential projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of retail clients and experiential activations.
• Experience mentoring and line-managing junior team members.
• Organised with a logistics- and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong focus on client relationships and commercial mindset.
• Willing to work to a hybrid model: minimum 3 days/week in Manchester city centre.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of mid–large scale experiential projects with strong budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee small–mid scale activations, guiding a team to deliver multiple activations.
• Report against set metrics to demonstrate account progress and effectiveness.
• Create and develop proposals for medium–large scale projects with cross-team input.
• Proactively develop business through trusted client partnerships.
