The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to become a trusted lead across multiple client accounts. You'll be the go-to person for some of our biggest brands—owning the relationship, driving forward momentum, and ensuring every deliverable is on point, on time, and performing.

This is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has an obsession with client success, and understands the entire marketing ecosystem—from paid social to creative strategy to content to data.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day client communication across 5+ key accounts
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with clients—earning their trust and helping shape their success
  • Brief and collaborate with creative, influencer, strategy and content teams to deliver high-impact work
  • Proactively identify client needs, gaps and growth opportunities
  • Run internal and external status calls with clarity, confidence, and control
  • Keep a sharp eye on deliverables, timelines and project flow—nothing slips
  • Support campaign reporting, performance reviews, and renewal planning
  • Spot opportunities to upsell services or expand scope

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
  • Proven ability to lead client accounts, manage stakeholders and hit deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—concise, confident, and proactive
  • Strong understanding of paid media, social platforms, and creative workflows
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You anticipate problems before they appear and solve them fast
  • You care about quality, clarity, and making things better
  • Experience with tools like Slack, Notion, ClickUp
  • Bonus: You’ve worked with global brands or across time zones
