Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Treasury & Issuing for Platforms to drive growth across startups, FinTechs, marketplaces and platforms. You will work with product, engineering, marketing and GTM teams to develop deep product knowledge and close complex deals.

You will engage at multiple levels, build value with customers, and own the go-to-market strategy while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting. This role demands strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer facing experience at a technology, issuing or payments company.
• Able to quantify business value and build a compelling business case.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing and sales.
• Self motivated and able to drive results independently.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute hands-on.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understands complex technical requirements and crafts cross-stakeholder solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Maintains thorough CRM hygiene and uses forecasting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and new client acquisition across Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms.
• Create territory plans and lead outbound efforts to build a robust pipeline.
• Develop executive relationships and lead discussions with current and prospective customers.
• Deeply understand Stripe Issuing & Treasury and articulate value to customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback for roadmap input.
• Contribute to GTM playbooks with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and services.
• Work cross-functionally to shape Stripe products and solutions to customer needs.
