An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to ‘level up’ in all areas – from the proposition and service you’ll offer your clients, through the way you’re rewarded and managed and into the progressive environment you’ll work in.

You’ll join a commercial insurance broking business with a compelling story; the firm is innovative and amongst the fastest-growing in the UK – all built on a foundation of quality advice and exceptional service.

Senior Account Executive

  • Due to growth, the business is seeking Senior Account Executives in strategic locations, to manage key clients and develop the ever-growing footprint.
  • The role involves client management, retention, and strategic business development within target industries such as engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, real estate, energy, renewables, creatives, life science, private equity, leisure, and retail.
  • The setup allows the Senior Account Executive to focus on clients and prospects, supported by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
  • This is a home-based role with regular office attendance, working with clients paying at least £5,000-£10,000 in fees or commissions.
  • The target is a 10% growth of your book, with bonuses increasing from there.
  • A business development team will support prospecting and lead generation.
  • You will have full broking, handling, and administrative support, along with claims and risk management solutions.
  • This role offers career advancement within a successful and growing business.

Rewards

  • A base salary of £60,000-£90,000, negotiable for exceptional candidates.
