Responsibilities include administrative and governance tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards. Knowledge of travel and pet insurance is desirable.

The Account Manager will report to the Associate Director of Commercial and will regularly interact with all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration. Attend meetings such as QBRs and Annual Review meetings.
  • Compliance & Governance: Manage and file annual product governance reviews and other regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with industry, internal, and partner standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to communicate key insights and performance updates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with partners, understanding their goals and working styles to collaborate effectively.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and manage KPIs related to service delivery and performance.
  • Contract Management: Ensure robust, fit-for-purpose contracts are in place and regularly reviewed. Manage and negotiate amendments as needed.
  • Change Management: Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of business changes across the organization and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish effective processes and working practices between our business and partners.

Skills & experience:
- Strong insurance industry knowledge and awareness of the PCW market.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and influencing ability.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills for service issues and business change challenges.
- Ability to secure commitment and hold partners accountable.
- Commercial awareness of business metrics and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret insights from BI tools.

Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of travel and pet insurance products.

If you believe your experience aligns with this role and you're interested in working for a fantastic company, please send your CV.
