Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Senior Account Executive with strong knowledge of the insurance and price comparison markets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent emotional intelligence to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. This role requires a highly organized, commercially aware professional capable of managing and holding internal teams and external partners accountable. Responsibilities include administrative and governance tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards. Knowledge of travel and pet insurance is desirable.
The Account Manager will report to the Associate Director of Commercial and will regularly interact with all areas of the business.
Most partners are based in and around London, so accessibility to London is essential. The role involves approximately two face-to-face meetings per month (subject to fluctuation) and quarterly visits to West Wales, where the business is based. Remote working is the norm outside these commitments.

- Strong insurance industry knowledge and awareness of the PCW market.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and influencing ability.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills for service issues and business change challenges.
- Ability to secure commitment and hold partners accountable.
- Commercial awareness of business metrics and performance drivers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret insights from BI tools.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of travel and pet insurance products.
