You'll own deals end-to-end, contribute to our revenue strategy, and work alongside a high-performing team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach.
- Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.
- Engage with key prospects to understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them.
- Lead product demos and negotiations to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to guide strategy.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Prospecting: Ability to build your pipeline from scratch through proactive lead generation.
- Deals & Pipeline Management: Track and move deals efficiently through the sales funnel.
- CRM Hygiene: Keep our CRM updated for accurate forecasting and team communication.
- Deal Control: Manage each deal from start to finish, handling client expectations and negotiations effectively.
- Honesty & Transparency: Share challenges openly, take responsibility, and learn from setbacks.
- Openness: Communicate ideas and concerns with leadership and clients to contribute to team goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to align efforts and drive success.
- Business Acumen: Understand our market and make strategic sales decisions, including effective negotiation and stakeholder management.

Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Double OTE
