Senior Account Executive

Compensation: £100,000 - £120,000 / year


Description

We’re growing fast and looking for Senior Account Executives to help drive our next stage of growth. If you’re a skilled closer who thrives on hitting targets and building strong pipelines, this is your chance to make a real impact.

You'll own deals end-to-end, contribute to our revenue strategy, and work alongside a high-performing team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals, with the freedom to shape your approach.
  • Build and manage a high-impact pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets and drive company growth.
  • Engage with key prospects to understand their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can solve them.
  • Lead product demos and negotiations to secure high-value deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to refine strategies and achieve team success.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the business – your contributions will directly impact our growth and success.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  1. Prospecting: Ability to build your pipeline from scratch through proactive lead generation.
  2. Deals & Pipeline Management: Track and move deals efficiently through the sales funnel.
  3. CRM Hygiene: Keep our CRM updated for accurate forecasting and team communication.
  4. Deal Control: Manage each deal from start to finish, handling client expectations and negotiations effectively.
  1. Honesty & Transparency: Share challenges openly, take responsibility, and learn from setbacks.
  2. Openness: Communicate ideas and concerns with leadership and clients to contribute to team goals.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to align efforts and drive success.
  4. Business Acumen: Understand our market and make strategic sales decisions, including effective negotiation and stakeholder management.
What we offer

Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Double OTE

  • 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off
