This role offers the opportunity to help prospective and active customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and assists customers in maximizing Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. What you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is preferred
  • Proven success in selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Extensive experience selling in the UK and Ireland
  • Ability to lead change and drive innovation within traditional organizations
  • Confidence in cold calling to build new business pipelines
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients
  • Forecasting skills to meet sales targets monthly
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, etc., is a plus
  • Experience in the HR industry is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Create new opportunities within MidMarket and Enterprise segments
  • Promote innovative solutions to industries with traditional approaches
  • Conduct virtual and face-to-face presentations
  • Own customer relationships from sale to completion
  • Design solutions tailored to the communication needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise customers
  • Proactively prospect in the UK and Ireland markets
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Generate leads targeting fast-growing companies supported by Remote
  • Collaborate with other Remote teams to ensure client success

Compensation Philosophy:

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and benefits, paying above local rates to support global talent hiring and local wealth creation. The salary range for this role is $44,150 to $149,075 USD, depending on various factors including location, skills, and experience.
