Up to £80,000 Basic salary, up to £160,000 uncapped OTE + equity

Role Overview

Despite the invention of PowerPoint and PDFs, sales tools remain outdated, making buyer engagement inefficient. Trumpet is leading the digital transformation of B2B sales, focusing on asynchronous buyer journeys that occur without a salesperson present. We help companies like HubSpot, Gong, and Oyster to centralize buyer journeys and close deals faster with digital sales rooms.

Team and Investment

You will be among the first 30 hires, working closely with the CRO. We have raised $9m from investors including AlbionVC, Lightbird, Triple Point, and Anamcara.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish trumpet’s market presence and enable more companies to improve their buyer journeys.
  2. Build and manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding.
  3. Become a power user of trumpet and evangelize its benefits.
  4. Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  5. Collaborate with the team and take on projects beyond sales.
Requirements
  • Charismatic, empathetic, and team-oriented.
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to decision-makers.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, including cold outreach.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quotas and closing deals >$40k ACV.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with outreach tools like LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset.
  • Desirable: experience selling into sales/marketing leaders; target-driven; personal brand building skills.
What the Job Involves
  1. Playing a key role in our growth, managing the full sales cycle.
  2. In-office presence in London twice a week, minimum once a week.
  3. Using and advocating trumpet’s platform.
  4. Exceeding targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  5. Understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
  6. Collaborating with the team and challenging the status quo.
