Base pay range

Senior Account Executive – Sustainability/ESG

Base salary up to £80,000 plus double OTE and uncapped commission

London - hybrid working

Are you an Account Executive with proven experience selling into the built environment sector? Do you have a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a meaningful impact? If yes, then this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our leading sustainability client. You will drive outbound sales efforts and expand our client’s reach across the UK. This is a high-impact, new business-focused role where you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for their sustainability platform, promoting consulting services, and selling a SaaS-based sustainability reporting platform.

You will play a key role in shaping the growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals that support organisations in embedding sustainability knowledge across their supply chains.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets of £600K+ annually
  • Familiarity with sustainability, ESG and procurement/supply chain regulations
  • Hunter mindset - you enjoy winning new clients and being responsible for your own pipeline creation!
