Overview of role
As Senior Account Director, you are critical to the delivery of our ambition; working closely with the Associate Director, you will be a key interface for our clients and lead planning projects from start to finish, acting as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work.
The Senior Account Director needs to have a strong understanding of all channels and the role these can play in overall communications solutions and customer journeys, alongside understanding customers' onsite behaviors and how those affect final business results.
