Qualifications

• Extensive 10–15 years of commercial insurance broking experience.
• Experience leading senior client relationships and teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex coverage and placements.
• Proven track record with tenders, bids or pitches for large accounts.
• Ability to manage a large established book and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with larger commercial clients and oversee their insurance programmes.
• Coordinate with broking, technical and servicing teams to meet client needs.
• Lead renewal discussions with insurers and set placement strategy.
• Pursue new business opportunities and respond to formal bids or pitches.
• Mentor junior Account Executives and colleagues on complex accounts.
• Grow the book with a new business target while retaining existing clients.
