Competenze

• Senior Account Director experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios including mid-market to large corporate risks.
• Strong board-level communication and risk advisory capabilities.

• Manage and develop an established client portfolio with expert risk advice and service.
• Lead the renewal process end-to-end including market negotiations.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing book and cross-refer to specialist teams.
• Act as a trusted risk adviser at senior/board level across commercial lines.
