• Manage a portfolio of corporate insurance clients across renewals and ongoing servicing
• Support, guide and oversee Account Handlers and handling colleagues within the team
• Help maintain high standards of service, accuracy and client communication
• Work closely with clients, insurers and internal broking colleagues to keep business progressing well
• Support renewal strategy, workflow coordination and general team performance
• Act as a senior point of contact for more complex client or servicing matters
• Contribute to retention, relationship development and a strong team culture
