Qualifications

• 7+ years' agency experience in experiential, events or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with forecasts, margins and commercial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with senior client stakeholders and develop growth plans.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing clients.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee multiple projects, manage forecasts and maintain profitability.
• Lead senior client conversations on complex projects and pitches.
• Develop relationships across wider client organisations and support new business.
