Job summary

O'Neils Recruitment in Maidenhead seeks an experienced Account Director for Health & Beauty retail campaigns. This hybrid role leads senior client relationships, shapes strategy and delivers high-impact experiential and retail solutions.

You will drive account growth, manage budgets, present to clients and collaborate with creative, marketing and campaign teams to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior client relationships in health/beauty or related sectors.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Experience delivering retail activations and brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading senior client relationships.
• Driving account growth and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Translating client challenges into effective retail and experiential marketing solutions.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, revenue and profitability targets.
• Leading client presentations, programme reviews and governance meetings.
• Working closely with Campaign Management, Creative and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supporting new business opportunities and retailer-funded initiatives.
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and exceed expectations.
