Job summary

KnoWho is partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing agencies to recruit an Account Director. You will lead senior client relationships and drive digital media strategies, working across paid social, paid search and programmatic campaigns to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with specialist media, data and creative teams to create joined-up, high-performance campaigns while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a digital media or integrated agency environment.
• Proven success in senior client services with strong relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and commercial growth skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across a portfolio of key digital media accounts.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, bringing insight to client conversations.
• Oversee campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic and display.
• Collaborate with media, data and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and longer-term partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery.
