Job summary

McGaw.io seeks an Account Director, Client Solutions (EMEA) to own executive relationships and growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. This remote role partners with a VP of Solutions to drive strategy, roadmap alignment, and profitable outcomes for top clients.

You will shape engagements, run regular cadence with C-level clients, and translate complex tech decisions into business value, while leading a team to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services.
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills in German, French, Spanish or Italian are valued.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships with revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of martech, analytics, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships and strategy across EMEA and North America.
• Run biweekly client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap sessions.
• Define growth roadmap, identify revenue leaks, and present proposals.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams without hands-on coding.
• Ensure profitable scopes, manage budgets, and deliver on promises.
