Job summary

McGaw.io is seeking a senior, player-coach consultant to own and grow key client relationships across Europe and North America. You will bridge strategy and technology, leading CDP, analytics, and marketing automation work while managing a portfolio of accounts.

In this role you will drive pre‑sales discovery, craft business cases, and guide delivery with engineers and contractors, all while reporting to senior leadership and expanding revenue across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, agency, or professional services.
• At least 4 owning client relationships directly.
• Understand the full marketing lifecycle: demand generation, nurturing, acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Knowledge of martech stack from ads to CDPs to analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with clients, serving as primary contact for executives.
• Lead biweekly client meetings, roadmaps, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build growth roadmaps with clients and price expansions.
• Direct engineers and contract developers, and review their work before client delivery.
• Support pre-sales with discovery, scoping, and live proposals.
