Job Description

The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our global Aftermarket customers. The role holder will manage daily interactions with customers and maintain and enhance customer relationships to meet organizational and operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily interactions with regional Aftermarket customers (Tier 2 & 3), handling 30-40 accounts.
  2. Contribute to sales plans by negotiating customer quotations into orders.
  3. Provide front-line support and order management between Safran Electrical & Power and its global Aftermarket customer base.
  4. Deliver high-level customer service including quotation, order acceptance, order tracking, issue resolution, invoicing, warranty claims, and overdue payments recovery.
  5. Manage order review processes ensuring contractual conditions are met.
  6. Liaise with customers for end-user statements to meet export regulations.
  7. Build strong customer relationships and facilitate open communication.
  8. Ensure accurate pricing and lead times in proposals by coordinating with internal teams.
  9. Manage repair exchange processes and address risks to customer turnaround times.
  10. Resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
  11. Handle overdue invoice issues with Finance and prepare reports for customer meetings.
  12. Support process improvements and communicate customer service metrics.
  13. Assist in training new team members.

Performance Indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction ratings from key clients (Airbus, Dassault, Bombardier).
  • On-time delivery performance.
  • Sales and order intake figures.
  • Turnaround time for quotation approvals.
  • Accuracy of contract/order review process.
  • Outstanding account receivables levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple key customer accounts in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Resilience and influence to improve customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues quickly.
  • Experience in commercial discussions to convert quotations into sales orders.
  • Proven written English skills, demonstrated through certification or passing an online English comprehension test.
