Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive delivery of Affordable Care Act initiatives. You will craft SOPs, briefs, and reports, while tracking risks, issues, and actions with precision.

You will work with CMS stakeholders, analyze data for performance trends, and ensure compliance with policy and procedures, collaborating across teams to enable timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience or 9 years’ relevant experience without a degree.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Grants coordination experience highly desired.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational and task management skills.
• Experience interfacing with government customers on contracts.
• Strong analytical skills: qualitative & quantitative.
• MS Office, including Project and SharePoint.
• Experience with CMMI/AIMM processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Author high quality deliverables such as SOPs, project briefs, and status reports.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics and bottlenecks.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements and explain them to stakeholders.
• Take high quality meeting notes.
• Manage communication and track progress per project schedule.
• Document risks, issues, actions, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Maintain organized repository on Teams/SharePoint and lead version control.
• Ensure project remains compliant with policy and guidelines.
• Interface with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Lead team to anticipate and manage changes across multiple projects.
• Drive innovation and proactive work.
• Participate in configuration management and trackable submissions.
• May support new business development with proposals.
• May serve as primary or assistant technical/ management representative.
