Job summary

ANS is seeking a Project Manager to deliver small to medium-sized digital projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards. You will drive stakeholder communication, governance, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, report on RAID logs and finances, identify risks, and chair governance meetings. Collaboration with delivery teams and pre-sales input are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks (RAID, HLRs, etc.).
• Budget and scope management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable navigating challenging discussions and situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small to medium projects on time, within budget, and to scope and quality standards.
• Maintain and report governance artifacts (RAID logs, status reports, financial tracking).
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Chair and facilitate regular project governance meetings.
• Support pre-sales with input on timelines and delivery approach.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams and support functions.
• Ensure smooth handover to Managed Services where applicable.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
