Job summary

Adelphi seeks a Senior Research Associate in Patient-Centered Outcomes to provide research support for COA development and evaluation. The role involves working under supervision with experienced team members to design studies, manage ethics submissions, coordinate recruitment, and analyze interviews across patients, clinicians, and caregivers.

You will contribute to high-quality scientific content, client-ready reports, and written deliverables while ensuring rigorous methodology and attention

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct high-quality qualitative and/or quantitative healthcare research.
• Strong written communication for scientific content and client deliverables.
• Experience coordinating research tasks and leading project activities.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform literature searches and critical appraisal of COA instruments.
• Develop study protocols, interview guides, forms, and consent documents.
• Prepare submissions for ethical review boards (centralised/local).
• Manage recruitment of patients, caregivers, or clinicians through various channels.
• Conduct and interpret qualitative interviews (patient, clinician, caregiver).
• Produce high-quality written deliverables meeting clients’ needs.
