Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure quality outcomes while aligning with business objectives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, mentoring of junior PMs, and a proactive approach to risk. Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or Asana and at least 5 years of experience in project management is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project management delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Healthcare/health insurance project experience preferred
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments
• Define and manage project scope and changes to align with business objectives
• Allocate and manage resources to meet deadlines
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain a RAID log
• Prepare and deliver status reports and project documentation
• Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration
• Ensure quality control measures meet defined standards
• Other duties as assigned or requested
