Job summary

Eaton Wimborne site seeks an AAR Programme & Aftermarket Senior Manager to lead Lifetime Support and OE POD delivery for A330, A400M, KC390, KC46, and legacy platforms. You will drive growth in line with the 5-year plan and ensure key KPIs, cost control, and robust customer dialogue.

You will oversee major bids, spares, repairs, technical support, obsolescence, and training with a focus on delivering on time, quality, and value while mentoring project managers and coordinating with senior

Qualifications

• CAT 1 Projects and Programmes qualification required.
• Degree plus extensive experience managing projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for Lifetime Support and OE POD delivery.
• Deliver against revenue and gross margin targets and KPIs.
• Set and execute growth strategy aligned with 5YP and Profit Plan.
• Provide leadership to AAR Programme and Lifetime Support IPTs.
• Manage communications with senior customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure integrated cadence linking project, programme and portfolio reporting.
