Job summary

Constant Recruitment Ltd in Ashford, Kent is seeking a senior 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a growing MSP. You will own complex technical issues across Microsoft cloud, servers, networking and security for a diverse client base.

You will act as escalation point, handle migrations and infrastructure upgrades, and contribute to cloud projects across multiple tenant environments with hands-on ownership and mentoring of junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Broad Microsoft infrastructure and 365 knowledge across multiple tenants.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing Intune and modern device management.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID and hybrid environments.
• Support Windows Server and Active Directory across clients.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments across multiple tenants.
• Support Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot networking, VLANs, routing and wireless.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs and security policies.
• Support virtualised environments (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox).
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
