Job summary

Corriculo Ltd is seeking a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer in Oxford to join a growing MSP. You will act as a senior escalation point, taking ownership of complex incidents and delivering high-quality IT support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.

You’ll work on projects, migrations and deployments, with a mix of remote and on-site support, in a close-knit, technically focused team that values learning and certification.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within IT Support, Infrastructure or Managed Services.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including switches, wireless and firewalls.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Any experience with Linux, Mac, cyber security tools, backup solutions, hosted telephony or MSP environments would be highly beneficial.
