0804 Chubb Fire & Security Ltd is seeking a 3rd Line Support Analyst for a hybrid role from our Blackburn HQ. You will deliver advanced support across servers, applications and end‑user compute, coordinating with internal DT teams and external suppliers to ensure robust, secure operations.

The position requires strong expertise in Windows Server, AD/Group Policy, and Microsoft 365, with a focus on incident management, changes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3rd line support across Windows Server, infrastructure, applications and EUC.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Windows infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cyber security practices, patching, and ITIL processes.
• Desirable: Azure administration and Intune/SCCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support across servers, applications, end user compute, infrastructure, and telephony services.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical incidents and service requests for internal users and third‑party teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server, AD, networking, SQL, IIS, and EUC environments.
• Support, maintain, and improve business‑critical systems across the UK estate.
• Collaborate with DT teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead small DT projects or work packages from planning to completion.
