Job summary

Wanstor Limited is seeking a 3rd line Support Engineer to join the Service Management team. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, troubleshooting across M365, Azure, Windows Server and AD in hybrid customer environments.

You will drive root-cause analysis, propose improvements, and support engineers in knowledge sharing while contributing to ongoing projects and security improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive 3rd-line support experience in MSP or multi-customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across MS tech stack.
• Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments and cloud services (Azure, Exchange Online).

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex 3rd-line incidents and guide engineers to resolution.
• Troubleshoot across M365, Azure, Windows Server, AD and hybrid environments.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes; provide input to customer projects.
