Job summary

Akkodis is looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst (Windows) to join a hybrid team supporting large-scale enterprise environments across secure platforms. You will handle incidents, provide expert Windows/AD/Entra ID support, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

The role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced, modern Microsoft technology environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting large-scale hybrid infrastructure.
• Expertise in Windows Server, AD, Entra ID and virtualization.
• Experience with authentication, authorization and identity services.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Microsoft tech.
• Understanding ITIL service management principles.
• PowerShell administration and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
• Ensure service levels and operational targets are achieved.
• Drive improvements in first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and virtualization platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management activities.
• Assist with technical escalations and mentor colleagues where required.
• Follow change, incident, and security management processes.
• Maintain accurate records within ITSM platforms.
• Support reporting, documentation, and operational governance activities.
