Job summary

CRG | TEC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer for a hybrid, 3rd line role in the West Lancs MSP space. You will handle complex escalations, work on infrastructure projects and support Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, and security devices.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, with exposure to diverse customer environments and project work across multiple technologies.

Qualifications

• Extensive MSP background with progression to complex escalation handling.
• Experience delivering 3rd line support across multiple customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex escalations and provide ownership from issue to resolution.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and improvements.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and Modern Workplace deployments.
