Job summary

GCS is seeking an experienced Level 3 EUC Support Engineer to join a large enterprise transformation and device migration programme in Billingham. The role is onsite five days a week, focusing on keeping business-critical applications and workplace services stable and secure during migration.

You will act as the senior escalation point, working with IT teams to resolve complex issues, design solutions, and support readiness activities for device migrations and app deployment in a regulated

Qualifications

Proven Level 3 EUC/DeskTop Engineering experience in a large IT environment.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience with Windows-based enterprise applications and endpoint platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support for enterprise endpoints and applications across a complex IT environment.
Act as senior escalation point for EUC incidents and deployment issues.
Design and implement technical solutions across the end-user computing landscape.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application/endpoint issues during migrations.
Support readiness activities for device migration and workplace transformation projects.
Coordinate testing, validation and user acceptance activities.
Support software deployment, packaging, release management and rollout activities.
Collaborate with EUC, Infrastructure, Networking and Security teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
Analyse logs and metrics for root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
